Our IP Address has Changed Recently

Thank you for continuing to provide Comsense with remote access to your computer systems. We sincerely believe that this capability is a critically important contributor to the timely delivery of your technical support.

We moved our main computing equipment to a new data center on Saturday April 8. At that time, our main public IP address changed. Many of you have set restrictions on your firewall to restrict Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access to known IP addresses including ours at Comsense. This is a highly recommended practice if you are not also allowing your staff to connect remotely from random locations outside the office like homes or hotels. We kindly ask that you update your firewall policy to allow remote access from our new IP address, effective immediately to avoid any delays in providing customer support moving forward.
