About Division Logos for Advantage Reports
Advantage reports that are generated from Word document templates Use Key Fields as placeholders to pull in project and division data. To use division logos, you must save the logo files to your Common folder using the key field naming convention. For division logo files, name each file IMG followed by a number and a .emf, .png, .tif, .gif, or .bmp file type e.g. IMG1.png. Comsense can accommodate up to IMG25.

Adding the Key Field to the Report Template
The key field for the logo image is the file name in brackets e.g. {IMG1}. Always use uppercase letters for key fields. The system does not recognize key fields with lowercase letters. The document template inserts images inline, which means the image pushes text around it. Enter the key fields into a transparent table in your template to maintain proper formatting. The report templates are in the Common folder.
In the report template document, Enter the key field in the desired location of the logo and Click Save .
