Users may experience missing icons in Advantage where red X's appear in place of the expected toolbar image.

The missing icons could be a result of a non-100% DPI setting in Windows. There are many contributing factors to the problem, including the Windows version, display adapter, display driver, and monitor used.
While Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 have made improvements with high DPI displays some situations can still result in incorrect resource display, which in this case appears as incorrectly sized and missing toolbar icons.
Update System
The first step to solve this problem is to ensure that Windows is up to date. Run Windows Update to find and install any outstanding updates to your system.
Next look for updated display drivers for the display adapter in your system.
Make sure to reboot the system after applying these types of updates prior to testing the effect on the Comsense system.
Adjust DPI
To resolve the missing icon issue, you may need to adjust your DPI setting in Windows.
This will need to be a trial and error process, as it's very system dependent. You may find that at 125% the icons are missing, but at either 100% or 150% they show up properly.
On Windows 10 - Right-click the desktop and choose Display Settings.
Adjust the slider for Change the size of text, apps and other items.
On Windows 7 - Right-click the desktop and choose Screen Resolution.
Click Make text and other items larger or smaller.

Choose an alternate scaling percentage.

To ensure the scaling change is fully applied you must log off of Windows and log back in prior to testing the change in Comsense.
