Enable the Advantage Submittal & Report Tool

How to: Enable the Advantage Submittal and Report tool.

Environment: Comsense Advantage (Version 21.1.100.094 and later)

Purpose: The Advantage Submittal and Report tool feature makes creating a submittal easier and faster. The feature is currently optional and is set up on a user by user basis.

Function: In addition to the functions of the previous version, the Advantage Submittal and Report tool allows you to:

• Further customize the built-in reports
• Preview reports
• Use and update preset submittal templates
• Use and update preset submittal cover pages

Procedure:

In the Advantage menu bar:

1. Click Tools
2. Click User Preferences
   • The User Preferences window will open

Next to Use New Submittal:

3. Select the Yes radio button
4. Click OK
