Printer Not Printing from Comsense Application

Issue: The printer is set up and findable in the Print window but will not print documents from Comsense Application.

Environment: Windows or Mac Desktop

Potential cause: Printer going on and offline repeatedly

Solution: 

Logging Out of Comsense Cloud

  1. In Remote Desktop, Click Start.

  1. Click your User icon.

  1. Click Sign out

You are now logged out of Comsense Cloud.

Remove & Re-add your Printer

  1. On your computer, Remove the printer and Re-add the printer.

Test the Solution

Log in to Comsense Cloud and print the document. If the printer does not work, Contact Support.
