Receiving a Win32Exception Error

Issue: Receiving a Win32Exception error. The error says "Exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception Access is denied."

Environment: Comsense Enterprise

Explanation: Win32Exception errors can happen in any window in Comsense and typically occur when Windows updates are required on your computer.


  1. Log out of Comsense Opening Suite
  2. Check for and apply any Windows updates
  3. Restart your computer
