Insufficient Credit for a Shipment - Known Issue in Version

Environment: Comsense Enterprise version

Release Date: October 12th, 2021

Issue: You cannot save a shipment at the Shipped status. Enterprise prompts a message that says "There is not enough credit to set the shipment to Shipped." even if the customer provided a deposit.

This issue occurs


Counter sales orders


The customer has $0.00 available credit


Their available credit was a negative value at the time of creating the sales order


The customer provides a full deposit

Workaround: Skip the Shipped status. Update the shipment status from Created, Open, or Released directly to Completed. The Payment window will open for you to apply the deposit against the shipment.
